Back in 2016 I managed a gym with over 50,000 members. I saw first hand what in person training was missing.
Ladies would come into the gym and have their 60 minute training session but they needed more help when it came to accountability and nutrition. Ladies needed help fitting in the burger and french fries and losing weight at the same time. They needed the knowledge of how to have fun on vacation while still staying on track. They also needed accountability throughout the week.
After managing the gym, I shifted to online coaching so I could help women in a more well rounded approach than what in person training had to offer.
15 years ago I struggled to fit in my clothes so I know what it’s like to want to feel more confident in my skin and get back into my jeans.
It wasn’t until I ditched the fad diets and changed my lifestyle that I was able to lose the weight and keep it off.
